TPC SCREENS
SCREEN SPECIFICATION AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

TPC SCREENS ARE AVAILABLE IN FOUR HEIGHTS - 1800, 1500 1200 AND 1000mm, WITH THE LATTER BEING USED FOR RECEPTION DESKS

All screens have two levelling feet and feature aluminium joiners and P.V.C. end caps.
Black slotted strip is used for panel hung furniture.
The P.V.C. end cap can be either black or covered with fabric.
Glass and half glass screens have tinted glass as standard. Polycarbonate is used for curved screens.
Free standing feet and wallstarters add extra strength and stability. Ducting is available for power, data and telephone services. The ducting, made exclusively for TPC is composed  of fire retardant materials, with outlets being accessible from both sides of the Panel.
The TPC linking system allows complete flexibility in design. Panels are able to be rotated approximately 270 degrees at the link.

1 TPC screens are 5Omm thick.

2. The nominal height is as stated above, but adjustable glides allow up to 25mm additional height.

3 . Widths are determined on 30Omm increments, from 300mm to 1800mm, measured to the outside edge of the cappings. Clip-on shelves, cupboards etc. are 100mm narrower than screens to which they are to be fitted

4. Half glass panels have a 900mm bottom rail and a 70inm top rail.

5. All glass panels have a 180mm bottom rail and a 7Omm top rail.

6. When using screens 1800mm and 1300mm wide, care should be taken when selecting a fabric as some are only available in 140Omm width and a mid-panel fabric join is unavoidable. Joins cannot be guaranteed and will add $50.00 to the cost of each screen.

7. Allow $20.00 for reducing panels in size, height or width. However, a reduction of this charge is negotiable with quantity.

8. Allow $20.00 per screen, or wallstarter, for installation, as well as $20.00 per item for delivery

9. Free standing screens as listed are trimmed at sides with P.V.C.' tee' edging but are available with aluminium sides and cappings by merely adding the cost of two sled feet to the cost of the desired screen.

10. The optional power duct is 12Omm high and can be installed at base level or desk top level, There are three separate channels within the duct and these are accessible from both sides of the screen by removing the black Marviplate duct cover The upper channel serves telephone cables. The centre channel serves data cables and the lower channel is for general power.

11. All exposed aluminium on stiles and power duct is mill finished.

12. Telecom Kits and Data Kits will only be fitted to screens if positions can be determined before leaving our factory. The use of these Kits is a requirement to comply with electrical and Austel approvals.

13. All ducted screens will be supplied with the black Marviplate duct cover plates cut to length and fitted to the screen. If these duct covers are removed by an electrician, telephone technician or others, then the responsibility for their replacement. or their re-cutting to suit general power outlets etc. shallI be their responsibility.

14. The diameter of the data cables varies from installation to installation and this can mean a shortage of space in the data channel of the power duct. It is therefore advisable to check on the requirements for data capacity as additional workbase service columns (power poles) may be required to handle the additional capacity.

15. The above prices are indicative only and may vary with site conditions and with order quantity.
